1. Information we collect

DAM.O Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects the following information for account registration and service delivery.

• Email registration: name, email address, encrypted password, and phone number
• Kakao login: social login provider, Kakao member ID, email, nickname, and profile image
• Orders and delivery: recipient, phone, email, postal code, address, delivery notes, and ordered items
• Payment: payment method and result, transaction ID, and virtual account details (the Company does not directly collect full card numbers)
• Service use: member cart, access logs, and service usage records

Kakao email information may be unavailable depending on Kakao Business App settings and the user's consent.

2. Purpose of use

We use this information to identify members, maintain login sessions, provide member carts, process orders, payments, and delivery, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.

3. Retention period

Member information is deleted without delay upon account withdrawal. Transaction, payment, and consumer dispute records may be stored separately for periods required by applicable e-commerce law.

Information may be processed on cloud infrastructure outside Korea during hosting and database operations. The Company applies safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Deletion and account withdrawal

You may withdraw at any time through My Page. Your account, sessions, social connection data, and member cart held by the Company are deleted. Your Kakao account and data separately held by Kakao are not deleted.
